These terms cover use of the public Low Budget Web website. Paid projects are governed by their own written proposal or agreement.
You may use this website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, submit malicious material, or use its content in a way that violates another person's rights.
Service pages describe possible types of work. They do not guarantee availability, timing, ranking, advertising performance, security, revenue, or a particular result. An inquiry does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.
The six websites under /templates are design concepts built around fictional businesses. Their names, people, reviews, awards, statistics, products, case studies, addresses, and results are illustrative. Transactions, bookings, subscriptions, and form submissions inside those demos are not connected.
If Low Budget Web accepts a project, the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, revision allowance, commercial terms, target dates, ownership, support, and cancellation terms are set out separately in writing. That project agreement controls if it conflicts with this website page.
A project may depend on timely access, accurate business information, content, approvals, licences, and instructions supplied by the client. The client is responsible for confirming legal, tax, regulatory, accessibility, privacy, product, shipping, and industry-specific requirements unless the written scope expressly assigns a particular task to Low Budget Web.
Low Budget Web owns this website and its original agency content and design, except for third-party names, trademarks, fonts, libraries, photographs, and other assets used under their respective terms. Ownership and licence rights for paid client work are defined in the project agreement and normally transfer only after the agreed payment conditions are met.
The site may use or link to third-party services, assets, and websites. Their availability, security, content, and policies are controlled by those providers. A link or integration does not amount to a guarantee or endorsement of everything offered by that provider.
The lead finder is a private Low Budget Web research tool. Unauthorized access or use is prohibited. Business details are supplied by Google Maps Platform and must be confirmed before use; a missing website field does not prove that a business has no website. Use of Google Maps content is also subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
Reasonable efforts are made to keep this website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. Content may be corrected, changed, or removed without notice. Important project decisions should be confirmed in the written proposal or agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Low Budget Web is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising only from use of this public website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable project agreement.
