Effective date: August 12, 2026
This policy explains what the Low Budget Web website collects, why it is used, which services help process it, and how to ask questions about your information.
Low Budget Web is responsible for personal information collected through this website. For a privacy question, access request, correction request, or complaint, email sales@lowbudgetweb.com.
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional business name, selected subject, and message. We use that information to read and respond to the inquiry, decide whether the requested work is a fit, prepare a scope or proposal when requested, and maintain the related business correspondence. The form does not add you to a mailing list.
Cloudflare Web Analytics helps Low Budget Web understand aggregate page traffic, referral sources, device and browser categories, countries, and page-performance measurements. It does not measure inquiry submissions or the contents of the contact form.
Cloudflare states that Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint individual visitors, and does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The analytics beacon loads automatically and does not require an analytics preference to be stored in your browser. Read Cloudflare's Web Analytics documentation and privacy policy.
The web host may record standard request information such as IP address, browser or user-agent details, requested URL, date, and time for security and operations. The site also loads fonts from Google, frontend code from the Tailwind CDN, and the analytics beacon from Cloudflare. The fictional concept demos use images from Unsplash and may load other decorative assets. Those providers receive the technical information required to deliver a file and may process it under their own policies.
Low Budget Web operates a password-protected internal lead-research tool on this site. An authorized user can choose a map point, place category, and radius. Google Maps Platform receives the map and search requests and returns nearby business information. Low Budget Web filters those results for businesses for which Google does not report a website.
The tool does not save search locations or business results to this website. Google processes the requests under the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google Privacy Policy.
IONOS provides this website's production hosting, SMTP email delivery, and recipient mailbox. Form submissions pass through the website's PHP mail endpoint and those IONOS services so Low Budget Web can receive and respond to an inquiry.
Only Low Budget Web may access inquiry information for the purposes described in this policy. IONOS and the technical providers named above process information as needed to provide their services. Personal information may also be disclosed when required by law or when necessary to protect the website or its users. Low Budget Web does not sell personal information.
If an inquiry does not become a client project, Low Budget Web keeps the inquiry information for up to 30 days after the conversation ends and then deletes it from active business records. Information connected to a project may be kept for the project, normal business records, and applicable legal or accounting requirements.
Access is limited as described above. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no website or email system can promise absolute security. Residual copies may remain temporarily in routine service-provider backups until those backups are overwritten.
You may ask whether Low Budget Web holds personal information about you and request access or correction, subject to applicable legal exceptions. You may also ask for deletion when the information is no longer required. Email the address above with enough detail to identify the relevant inquiry. If a concern is not resolved, information about Canadian private-sector privacy rights is available from the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
This policy may be updated when the website, service providers, or information practices change. The effective date below identifies the current version.
