After that it's mostly consistency, not intensity. I've coached people who wanted six-packs and people who just wanted to climb stairs without stopping — both are fine reasons.
Three ways to train with me
Pick one. If it's not working after a month, we'll switch — that happens more than you'd think.
One-on-one
Two sessions a week, plus I text you back. Most coaches don't; I still do, mostly because I forget to turn it off.
Saturday group sessions
6am in the park, rain or not. It's the cheapest option and also the one where people actually make friends.
The 8-week reset
For people who've fallen off before and know it. Daily check-in, no fancy app, just a shared spreadsheet.
